**Return Policy:**

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

**Return Process:**
1. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping address.

**Return Shipping:**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

**Refund:**
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

**Exchanges:**
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
